Employees are eligible for participation in the Citizen Potawatomi Nation 401K retirement plan after completing six months of employment.
The Citizen Potawatomi Nation will match 100% of employee contributions up to 5% of salary!
Annual / Sick Leave:
Employees accrue annual leave according to the following schedule.
Employed 0-2 years .039 hours per hour worked
Employed 3– 5 years .050 hours per hour worked
Employed 5th – 10th year anniversary .062 hours per hour worked
Employed 10th year anniversary forward and Directors .073 hours per hour worked

Employees are eligible for our insurance benefits after completing 180 days of employment. Insurance premiums are 100% paid by the tribe for employees.
